Fees

• The cost of the bank fee is paid by the participant.
• It is not possible to pay at the conference venue.

Cancellation of participation:

• All cancellations should be reported by e-mail to the following address: konferencje@ump.edu.pl

Invoices:

• The organizer issues invoices based on the payment made to the data provided in the registration form.
• Issuance of an invoice is possible by the 15th day of the month that follows the month of payment. After this date, it will be impossible to issue an invoice.
• Legal basis: deadlines for issuing invoices - general rule. According to Article 106i(1) of the VAT Act, an invoice must be issued no later than the 15th day of the month following the month in which the goods were delivered or the service was performed.
