Abstracts

• The abstracts submission deadline is September 30 October 19, 2025
• The abstract should be written in ENGLISH and contain the following:
  - Title
  - authors: surname and the first letter of the name, without academic titles, mark * the presenting author
  - affiliation with the use of numbers by the authors to indicate several institutions
• The number of words in the abstract text should not exceed 400 words (including affiliation & references)
• Abstract submision:
  only via Abstract Submission Panel
• The following forms of participation in the event are planned:
  - plenary lecture (30 min) – after Scientific Commettee invitation only
  - oral presentation (10-20 min)
  - short oral report by young scientists (5min+3min discussion)
  - poster session: format A1, vetical orientation,

The final decision on acceptance of the speech/poster rests with the organizers. The possibility of changing the form of the speech by the organizers is reserved.

Presentations of lectures and announcements should be prepared in MS PowerPoint 2016 or later, it is suggested to prepare also the *.pdf version in order to avoid possible software incompatibility.
